We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within that period, contact us and we will arrange a refund of your order amount.
How to start a return or refund
Email info@Saesky.store with:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- A short note on why the product was not right for you
Please do not send any item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior confirmation cannot be matched to your order and may not be processed. Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address that applies to your order.
Condition of returned items
Because this is a personal-care product, we ask that any item returned as unwanted is in a resalable condition wherever possible. If you are returning a product because you were not satisfied with the results, tell us in your email and we will handle it under the guarantee above.
Bundle and multi-unit orders
Where an order was placed as a bundle offer (for example Buy 1 Get 1 Free, or Buy 2 Get 2 Free), the free units form part of the same order. A refund is processed against the amount you actually paid.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email info@Saesky.store within a reasonable time of delivery and include photographs of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and you will not be asked to cover the cost of our error.
Return shipping
Return shipping arrangements and any associated cost are confirmed by our support team when your return is approved, because they depend on the warehouse your order shipped from. We will always tell you the cost before you send anything back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once we process a refund, the time it takes to appear on your statement is determined by your bank or card issuer.
Order cancellations
Orders move into processing quickly. If you need to cancel, email info@Saesky.store as soon as possible and we will cancel it if it has not already been dispatched. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned under this policy.
